Lobby Refresh & Front Desk Modifications: This project involved updating the lobby area with new floor tile, wall paint, and upgraded finishes to create a refreshed and modern aesthetic. The front desk was modified to enhance functionality and visual appeal.

Hyatt Ballroom Renovation

Grand Ballroom & Entry Renovation: Renovated the grand ballroom with new carpet, wall coverings, and fresh paint across both permanent and demountable wall partitions. Entryway upgrades included custom millwork, new doors, and energy-efficient LED lighting for a refreshed and elegant guest experience.

South Pacific Themed Resort in Orlando

Guest Room & Bathroom Renovation: This full-scale room renovation included complete demolition and reconstruction of guest bathrooms with all new finishes. The project revitalized hotel rooms to reflect the resort’s South Pacific theme while enhancing guest comfort and functionality.

Governors Inn

Full Interior & Exterior Hotel Redevelopment: The Governor’s Inn underwent a complete transformation with the removal of all interior walls and systems, followed by a full rebuild of its 39 boutique rooms. Upgrades included new windows, plumbing, electrical, fire sprinkler systems, and finishes, along with the addition of a front balcony bar. The project received awards for its design excellence.

Seaworld®

The concept of this project was to create an underwater environment complete with accurate structure, scientifically correct marine life and lighting and sounds that would transition onto land.

Basin White Retail At Grand Floridian Resort®

Simply Spa… tacular! High end retail, grand style and elegance mark this project. Here, the Friedrich Watking Company was invited to team up in a second venture with Basin Retail.

This interior and exterior renovation of an existing facility transformed a dungeon-like retail store into a bright and inviting place of business.

The Danish Company, LEGO®, chose the Friedrich Watkins Company to perform work for their Walt Disney World® Marketplace location many times.

"The Wave" Restaurant

Located in the north end of the famous Contemporary Resort, "The Wave" is a full-service restaurant and part of the recent revitalization project of the hotel's 1st and 4th floors.

4 Rivers Smokehouse Longwood

4 Rivers Smokehouse is now expanding to Seminole County! In addition to the original 4 Rivers Smokehouse in Winter Park and the second locations in Winter Garden, which opened it's doors early in April, the new 4 Rivers restaurant will be located in Longwood.

A beautiful wood timber structure mated with a state-of-the-art kitchen makes this a perfect venue for one of the most famous chef's on earth.

Wetzel's Pretzels®

Wetzel's Pretzels project was a 1500 square foot interior renovation of a previous coffee shop. The result created a new brand merger between Wetzel's Pretzels and Haagen Dazs Brand Ice Cream & Pretzels.

Blaze Pizza

This beautiful building was completed within an ongoing larger project for a themed entertainment area at a prominent Central Florida theme park.

Wolfgang Puck Express®

Nothing less than a total demo and remodel, this project transformed a former counter service style restaurant with minimal indoor seating into a more table service style eatery with both indoor and outdoor dining capacity.

Project Palmetto

365-Day Cabin Construction at Orlando Theme Park: This ground-up cabin build was completed in just 365 days at a high-traffic Orlando theme park. The project featured full site development, structural construction, and high-quality finishes delivered on a fasttrack schedule without compromising quality or safety.

Mk Toontown®

Magic Kingdom's Toontown Train Station was a unique design/build project. With the station being a fixture of the park for many years, the owners.

Seaworld Of Florida

The SeaWorld "Believe" Project was complete redesign and upgrade to the Shamu Adventure Show. Marked by special challenges, this project required that the existing show schedule not be impacted, and that the safety of the mammals be equally important.

Shamu's Happy Harbor, a SeaWorld project designed for the younger in attendance was a project that was extremely over budget and nearly not built.

This newly designed cigar shop is the perfect blend of old tobacco farms from the owner's homeland of Cuba, combined with a modern lounge atmosphere.

Grace Covenant Church Conway Hall

This project was to construct a 22,000 SF multi-purpose facility on the church property. This was a design-build contract where The FWC Team worked closely with the church to manage their goals and the budget to create a facility that met their needs.
