Contemporary Towers in Orlando
This full-scale renovation project involved the complete demolition and reconstruction of 428 guest rooms and bathrooms, featuring a comprehensive redesign with all new finishes and upgraded interior furniture. The scope also included the transformation of 14 luxury grand villas and 18 ADA-compliant rooms, as well as the renovation of 16 floors of guest corridors. In addition, the project encompassed a lobby refurbishment and community hall re-designed to enhance the overall guest experience and interaction.
